This privacy policy applies to the BestPaws app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by ClearCove Studios LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
App performance and crash diagnostics

Third-Party Service Providers

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We use these services to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, securely manage your account, and to report crashes.

Firebase Authentication: We use this to securely manage sign-ins and accounts.

Cloud Data Storage

To ensure you never lose your data, BestPaws securely stores your pet's health records, vet notes, and timeline data on Google's cloud servers (Firebase). This allows you to securely back up your data and access it across your devices. Your personal data is kept private and is never sold to third parties.

Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by BestPaws. To delete your account and all associated data, you can either:

Navigate to the settings menu within the BestPaws app and select the "Delete Account" option.
Send an email to info@clearcove.pro with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and all associated pet profiles, health records, and timeline data from our active databases.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
